Not a supplement. A switch.
BrocCore doesn't top you up. It helps switch on the defences your cells already have.
What is sulforaphane?
Sulforaphane is a natural compound your body makes from broccoli. It's one of the most researched plant compounds in nutrition science, because of what it does inside your cells.
Watch the short version, or open the drop downs below.
Sulforaphane is a natural plant compound. Broccoli seeds and young sprouts are its richest source.
Broccoli doesn't store it ready made. It holds a precursor called glucoraphanin and keeps it apart from an enzyme called myrosinase. When the two meet, sulforaphane is made.
Cooking destroys myrosinase, which is why a plate of steamed broccoli gives you very little. BrocCore pairs broccoli seed with mustard seed, a natural source of the enzyme, so the reaction can happen in your body.
- First identified in broccoli by scientists at Johns Hopkins University in 1992.
- Now the subject of thousands of published scientific papers.
- One of the most potent natural activators of Nrf2, the switch that regulates over 200 of your cells' protective genes.
- Human studies continue to explore its role in gut health, skin, brain health and healthy ageing.

Dr Deirdre Finn, PhD
Co-founder and Chief Science OfficerDeirdre has spent her career at the intersection of science and nature. She studied in Trinity College Dublin, completing her PhD in Pharmacognosy, the study of plant-derived medicines and gained extensive experience across the pharmaceutical industry and academic lecturing over the last decade.
She formulated BrocCore to pair glucoraphanin with its enzyme partner, so every capsule delivers the real thing, not a compromise.
We all know broccoli is good for us. But why?
It isn't the vitamins. It's a plant compound called sulforaphane, one of the most researched in nutritional science.
It gets into your cells
Sulforaphane is small enough to pass straight into the cell.
It flips a switch
It frees a messenger called Nrf2, your cells' own on switch.

Three parts. One active result.
Sulforaphane is made fresh in your body, the way broccoli makes it.
Vitamin C contributes to normal immune function. Allergen: contains mustard.
Opens where it counts
The capsule passes through stomach acid and opens in the small intestine, where sulforaphane is best absorbed.
Food supplement. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Based on peer reviewed research on sulforaphane and the Nrf2 pathway. Irish Female Founded.
Tested, so you don't have to wonder
What we check
We conduct independent third party lab testing on every single batch of BrocCore.
WellCells partners with independent testing lab J.H.G. Analytical Services Limited, Co. Waterford, Ireland to verify safety and quality of our products.
Each capsule contains 45mg of glucoraphanin, sulffraphane precursor, paired with the active enzyme myrosinase so your body can convert 18mgs of sulforaphane in the gut where its most bioavailable.
Checked for heavy metals and microbiological safety.
BrocCore contains mustard. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for anyone under 18.
